Brad White, a principal at (r)evolution, checked out Dev’s keynote at the Front End of Innovation conference two weeks back, and walked away bubbling over with ideas. In his post on the topic, he charts the impact of empathy as he found it in Wired to Care, focusing closely on Harley-Davidson and JetBlue. He then offers his own case for the empathy of Ralph Lauren. Provocative stuff.
