In a fresh post on his blog Ad Majorem, marketing executive Steve Schildwachter offers one the best summaries of Wired to Care that we’ve see. Succinct, yet comprehensive, Steve’s synopsis gets to the essence of Wired to Care, which is that, “(1) empathy matters, (2) as humans we have a natural ability to empathize, and (3) if we develop this ability in our professional lives, the business payoff is huge.” He goes on to add that Wired to Care serves as yet another important reminder to know your consumer.
