You know for the behemoth that is Citibank, I actually feel well-taken care of whenever I call them. In the process of opening my bank account, I had called several banks and fled at the slightest sense of discomfort I received. It’s my money, right? Citibank actually made me feel comfortable… and their online banking has enabled me to never miss a payment since I signed up with them. For me, they work.
